Online Ordering & Return Policy


We understand when purchasing items online that they aren't always going to make you happy and I believe that you should ALWAYS be happy with the items you purchase from Elli's Boutique. Please read the policy below and if you have ANY questions or concerns contact us before you buy the item! Once the items has been purchased we follow these guidelines:

1. Once the item has been purchased it is then processed for the USPS. Unless notified via email we will send the package out either priority mail or first class depending on the weight of your purchase, if you wish to receive an item in a expedited manor please leave a note on your order with your phone number.

2. If you wish to return your item and receive STORE CREDIT there is a $5.00 shipping and handling fee deducted from the original amount you paid once we receive your item back in the store! If your item is still in it's original condition and received back to us then we will email you within 48 hours to the same email we sent the tracking information/sales receipt when item was purchased. YOU HAVE a 14 days to send the item back based on the date you received the item. (we are notified of packages delivered for security & inventory reasons)

3. Your items must be free of make-up, deodorant, & perfume, & cannot smell of cigarettes or have any stains! You will not receive the item back nor will you receive a store credit for the damaged item. Any questions or concerns please email us!

4. Your item is processed during business hours and will be shipped out during business hours. Any item purchased after 3:00 p.m. will not be shipped out until the next day b/c of USPS pick up time. Please call or email us if you need your item quicker so that additional payment can be made for your item to arrive quicker. (usually 2-5 business days depending on where you live)

5. When sending the package back we ask that you send us a email, a FB message, or give us a call so that we can be on the lookout for your item! We will not HOLD any item or give you any store credit until your item arrives back to us and is approved first.

6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST. We offer free shipping so once your package leaves us it is in the hands of the USPS. We have no control over the item once it leaves us. YOU are sent the tracking number as soon as it leaves. If your package is lost we are not responsible, if your package is late we are not responsible. YOU can follow up with the postal service with the tracking number sent to you at the time of purchase. If the item is lost are late the postal service may issue you money, but you have to contact them yourself to receive it! Your order is insured for up to $50.00 (If you wish to insure you package of more insurance please let us know in the order note section or by calling or emailing us before the order is placed)

*Special sale items are accepted back (Ex: Promotional Sales)

*  Select sale items that will not be accepted back will be listed or noted. (Ex: Last season or items we have had for a certain amount of time)
